hey! the “if” is definitely a yes, i’ve always planned to continue making them! the “when” is more open-ended - i sold out at the market i did recently, and i’d wanted to make some to restock at the beginning of December, but a combination of needing to catch up on freelance illustration work & having ongoing health issues has pushed that back a bit.
struggling to keep up with demand for something you make is one of the best problems to have, i’m super grateful for folks’ love for these little friends! i did them by waitlist only for about a year & that turned out to be way too much for me to manage, so what i’m planning on doing now is just announcing when they’re going to be in the shop on my social media about a week or so before the listings go up. i’ll be posting that here, Instagram & Twitter, so following me anywhere is the best way to get notified - thank you!
just a quick note of apology: i’ve been trying to add image descriptions to my work via the “caption” function & it’s now apparent that doesn’t actually help / it isn’t designed for that much text. i don’t seem to be able to access the “alt text” option via the desktop version of Tumblr, which is unfortunately what i mostly use! if anyone knows how to get around this please let me know. should i just do image descriptions under a “read more” in the body of the posts?
folks continue to tag my work “undescribed” despite my consistent use of the alt text function now…
is it not actually visible or is this one of those cases of “people without an access need not even bothering to check & tagging it to appear socially conscious”

a really fun collaboration with a Jewish musician who makes experimental music (harsh noise, dungeon synth & more) inspired by mysticism, folklore, queer/trans experience, etc. - this album is based on & titled after the foundational Kabbalistic text. Alyx is also a visual artist who makes interactive musical sculptures and instruments, so some of these are based on her actual creations! we’re both dedicated to bringing more sheydim into the world so this was a really special project. the tape will have a limited release and special editions with copper etching, available from Deathbed in January. you can also listen already on Bandcamp!
